In the first days after the crash, Patrick played an enormously vital role, communicator, gatherer and sharer of information, and his initiative to set-up the memorial website almost immediately gave all of us (family and friends of John) a home-base--something to latch onto, a place to "go", a place to connect. Through the tears we read Patrick's words on the website and the information he gathered, along with the words of so many other people who posted and shared information. Without Patrick's initiative to create the site, we never would've had this opportunity. Patrick continues to be a best friend to John even after John's departure from this life. Patrick, I don't have the words to tell you everything you mean to me and how amazing the website has been, but I can tell you that John loved you, and so do I."
